Anyone else been watching a LOT of tv during lockdown?! I’ve just finished Schitt’s Creek – what an amazing show. The characters are great and their wardrobes are on another level. When I’m watching TV, I always look out for great interiors too. That’s why our latest Shop The Look is a bedroom design inspired by David and Patrick’s Vintage Industrial apartment on the Schitt’s Creek set.
Inspired by David and Patrick’s Apartment
In the later seasons of Schitt’s Creek, David and Patrick have an amazing apartment with vintage pieces and industrial styling that I absolutely love. I’ve put together a bedroom concept board so you can shop the look and get David’s great style in your home too.
For this look, opt for texture over pattern and make sure to have lots of natural fabrics like linen for a lovely, relaxed feel. This will add a little softness to the industrial items. Vintage style pieces, like this old leather trunk and amazing metal stool, add plenty of character. Mid-century furniture works perfectly with this look too.
As with David’s fashion sense on Schitt’s Creek, the bedroom colour scheme is mostly monochrome with varying grey tones layered together. Introduce some wood and old leather pieces for a little warmth.
