About Your Interior Designer

Sarah Jones is the interior designer and founder of Leighton Jones Interiors, the new online interior designer based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. 

Sarah’s background is in Fine Art, which she studied at Gray’s School of Art, Aberdeen before going on to pursue her love of design and textiles while training as an interior designer with The Interior Design Institute. Sarah has over 6 years experience working in the interior design industry. During this time she has gained a passion for creating beautiful homes, along with a wealth of knowledge, design talent and great style which she shares with her clients. 

Sarah has a soft spot for industrial design and deep colours. She loves to mix textures, colours and patterns to make beautiful spaces come to life. When it comes to design, she believes that understanding her clients and how they use the space is key to creating the perfect home.

After working in the industry for several years, Sarah noticed the need for a simple, stylish and cost-effective interior design service. She decided to create an online design service that is easy to use and budget friendly, making beautiful, functional interiors something that can be achieved by everyone.
